Hey guys! Ukuleles are awesome!

Did I spell ukulele right? Is that the right plural for a ukulele? Ukuleli? Pretty sure it’s just ukuleles. Tell me if I’m wrong.
But yeah, they’re awesome! I thought they would be really hard but one day I just saw my Dad’s on the sofa and I thought “Why not?”
One week later and I have at least ten songs under my belt that aren’t three chords. Seriously, it’s addictive. I’ll be like :”Okay I’m bored, maybe I’ll spend five minutes just messing around with some chords…”
Five hours later I’ll still be playing it.
In other news: HOLIDAY! *insert anything associated with happy stuff here* One glorious week of nothingness. In fact the only thing productive that I’ve actually done is start on making a doll version of Titch. I never knew French knitting took so LONG. I haven’t even made the head for her yet.
Sorry with updates on Titch’s blog, by the way. There just hasn’t been anything interesting that she’s been up to. However I AM considering throwing a new character in…
…But I won’t tell you anything yet.

My brother was pestering me to learn this on the uke, and it’s really grown on me. Here is “Still Alive” from Portal:
The other one is another one that grew on me. And I am debating over whether I love it or hate it. Here it is:

See you guys later.

I fail at a book review

Hi there, internet,

So I literally just finished reading The Fault In Our Stars, seriously I put the book down about a minute ago, and I got it this afternoon. I’m a fast reader when reading a book I like, which felt a little like a blessing and a curse because I just wanted it to go on forever, and then it couldn’t.

It wasn’t as sad as I thought it would be. Maybe because my friends had already spoiled the ending, or maybe because I saw it as more of a philosophical thing because the book has so many confusing metaphors that you can’t really tell if it was all real or not. I won’t spoil the ending for those of you that haven’t read it, so I won’t say anything else about it.

M’kay, this is a bit of an obvious one. It is called the fault in our stars, and I found it really moving. You can’t really get it unless you’ve read the book though, as there are quite a few references.

and one that has been knocking around in my head for a while, and it takes a while for him to start. But he does something at the end which is pretty magic:

See ya.

Video games

*Answer: The sky.*

Haven’t really been doing much, really. FINALLY GOT PORTAL 2!!!!

Ahaha well done, only three years behind the rest of the world…

Whatever. Anyway, so I’ve been playing a lot of that recently. And Skyrim. It sort of made me realise how much of a gaming nerd I am. I’m not as bad as my brother, though. He plays all the games that I do on top of Minecraft. Anyone who has video-gaming brothers will know how much time that takes.

Hint: A lot.

Why am I writing so much in italics?? Maybe it’s my subconscious. Meh, don’t really mind, I guess.

My friend and I have recently gotten hold of a record player. Also lots of 70’s rock. Put them together, and apparently you get Thin Lizzy. Here is Jailbreak:

Can’t be bothered to do a secret song.

Byeeeeeeeee 😀
